Customer wishing to raise a claim due to damage, delay or partial loss of goods
in transit or non-delivery must let us and the delivery carrier know in writing
within three working days of delivery (or for non-delivery, within 28 days of despatch)
and any claim in respect thereof must be made in writing to us and the carrier within
the seven clear days of delivery (or for non-delivery, within 35 days of despatch).
For any other claim customer must write to us within 28 days of delivery together
with substantiating document or matter pertaining to the claim. Todays printers
shall not be liable in respect of any claim unless the above mentioned procedures
have been followed except in special circumstances where the customer proves that
(i) it was not possible to comply with the requirements and (ii) advice (where required)
was given and the claim made as soon as reasonably possible.

Customers sending orders or doing correspondence with Todays Printers such as asking
for quote or general information about our printing services, are assured that their
privacy is fully protected with us. We will not sell or share their email address
with any one except with explicit and unambiguous permission from them.
